My role within Dallington is to support the wellbeing of our mentees, helping them to remain fit and healthy, particularly during exam time. I am also our specialist in Recovery Support.
I offer each student a tailored wellness plan, incorporating nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and sleep routines, which are all key elements to achieve balance. I use the process of self-actualization, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT to encourage individuals to find their true identity and sense of purpose.
I live between London and the seaside, where I enjoy swimming and walking. One of my hobbies is interior design. I cherish quality time with my partner, my daughter and my baby grandson.
