"Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again"
I am a clinical psychologist working in London. I became involved with Dallington as I really valued the exceptional level of care they were offering to students. Additionally, as I specialise in adolescent mental health and transitions into adulthood, I had the right skills to support Dallington’s students.
I completed my masters at Oxford University and gained my clinical psychology doctorate from Royal Holloway University of London. My research has been in psychological well-being and more specifically how to set goals which enhance personal meaning and flourishing.
Since working in the NHS and privately for 14 years I have treated a number of young people suffering from anxiety, stress, panic and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I have also completed specialist training in Inter-Personal Psychotherapy for depression. I also frequently work with parents, universities and other professionals in order to ensure students are well-supported.
