Founder of Dallington

I am passionate about ensuring that our rising next generation have the agency, knowledge and tools to lead fulfilled lives.

Having been working in this area for over a decade, I am proud to have an amazing team at Dallington, that have made us the leading specialist mentorship practice for the rising next generation.

I founded Dallington after many years of working with families and family offices from all over the globe. Prior to setting up Dallington, I was Head of Operations for a consulting boutique which worked with prominent legacy families to manage the challenges of successful transition to the next generation. I led the division focused on the rising generation, supporting them through the transition process. I used my experience and network to recruit outstanding talent and to understand the areas that needed enhanced support, enabling us to build a curriculum with world class content delivered by industry leading experts, underpinning the mentorship, therapy and coaching that our team provide.

I have very consciously developed Dallington to become the practice it is today; one where wellbeing sits at the heart, for both the families we work with but also the team.

My experience of working with families undergoing transition, paired with my training and understanding of human behaviour, is what enabled me to launch Dallington, however it is the constant input and feedback from our team, our curriculum tutors, mentees and their parents, that enables our services and support to continually evolve, to meet the ever changing needs of the rising next generation.
