After spending eight years as the Head of Next-Gen for a consulting boutique that worked with prominent legacy families to manage the challenges of succession, Jessica established Dallington in 2016 as the first specialist mentorship practice for the Rising Generation.

Over the past eight years, Jessica has developed Dallington into what we know it to be today: a school of life for those from successful and prominent families, always addressing both the practical and emotional aspects of development in tandem. One of her core passions is the Dallington Curriculum, which has over 10,000 hours invested annually to keep it relevant and impactful. Jessica is a qualified Psychological Consultant, Mediator, and leads on the Rising-Gen Programme.
