With extensive experience working and training in the education and mental health sectors, Gemma understands the challenges faced by young adults.

Gemma develops and delivers Dallington programmes for our students and mentees according to their support plan, with a focus on building resilience, accountability, and resourcefulness.

Gemma leads the Dallington Scholarship Programme and outreach initiatives, linking schools and universities with our services, improving, and sustaining student self-understanding and wellbeing.
